A new location at Fallsview Casino Resort opens with Billy Joel Shaw

The grand opening of the Fallsview Casino Resort’s new millions of event centers is nearing. Most recently, the casino announced that legendary singer Billy Joel will be part of the grand launch of the 5,000-seat OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino. He is one of the bestselling artists and a member of the rock and rock hall of fame and will perform in February 2023.

The casino’s 130 million entertainment venues are finally set to begin operations in three months. Initially, the center was scheduled to open in 2020, but the unprecedented situation shocked the casino industry. And when the casino returns to normal, the venue still needed finishing work, but now the stage is ready for the Grand Open.

Fourteen years after becoming part of Caesars Windsor’s 5,000-seat entertainment center, Billy Joel will now play a big role in the opening of another major Ontario venue. The music icon will perform at the grand opening of the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino on February 25, 2023. Guests at the event will be able to enjoy his top hits.

The president of Niagara Casino, Richard Taylor, said Joel’s scheduled February performance would only improve the entertainment level of Niagara Falls. Ray Pinot of Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment, a company that serves casinos, said he has a tremendous relationship in which the operator and the iconic singer work together.

Mr. Pinot went on to say that the company is now looking forward to an old friend performing on a new stage and all the other interesting performances coming to the scene. Niagara Falls Mayor Jim Diodati is also delighted with the news. He said Joel’s concert will send a global message that the city is back and is now better than ever.

Currently, the singer is on tour and in the spring, he will start a series of events with Stevinix. He is a six-time Grammy winner who sold more than 160 million copies of his album internationally. It is also worth mentioning that his 1985 collection “Greatest Hits – Volume I & II” is one of the best selling albums of all time in the United States.

Earlier this year, Fallsview Casino Resort provided more interesting news to many customers. The casino announced it has received permission from the Ontario Alcohol and Gaming Board to launch its own online gaming brand in the state.
