Vietnam’s Grand Ho Tram Streep Casino Resort launched “Ixora Ho Tram by Fusion” over the weekend. According to information provided by the property’s proposer, Ho Tram Project Inc., Ixora Ho Tram by Fusion is a luxury residence that complements the entertainment complex’s existing accommodation offers.
The Ixora Lake Tram by Fusion contains 164 condo hotels and 46 villas. “All inventory of [Ixora Lake Tram by Fusion] is on sale, but 188 are in the rental full program,” Akshay Moha, vice president of commercial division at Grand Lake Tram Streep, told GGRAsia.
The official opening ceremony (pictured) of the Ixora Tram was held on Saturday. The new accommodation brand offers private accommodation “appropriate for friends and family groups” and serves to make the entire Ho Tram area an “attractive” destination for both domestic and international travelers, Moha said.

Walt Power, chief executive of the Hortram project, said in an op-ed to GGRAsia last year that once consigned, the new aviation hub would account for about half of the current airport transit time for foreign visitors to casino resort properties.
